Having spent a number of years as a Corporate Real estate Lender specializing in large scale development and high rise financing for a Schedule A Bank, Ryan then transitioned into the land and new home arena. With an honours degree in marketing and real estate finance, he honed his skills across the greater Golden Horseshoe seeking out and brokering development land and building lot opportunities for a number of the provinces largest builder developers.
Originally from the Mississauga and Oakville areas Ryan settled in Niagara in the early 2000's where he has made Beamsville his home. Recognizing early on the benefits of being part of a more streamlined boutique environment, Ryan opened his own firm in 2007 and has continued his over two decade real estate career now as the Owner and Broker of Record of Reflection Bay Realty.
Ryan's clientele has had many faces over the years from the first time home buyer all the way to some of the largest developers and everyone in between. He prides himself on being able to give the same high level of passion to all he serves no matter the size of the transaction. Having been instrumental in the development of many successful communities over the years, he is just as thankful to be able to assist with that “first step” into real estate.

Originally from the Hamilton/Burlington area Denise settled with her family in the Niagara Region in the mid 1990's and currently resides in Beamsville where she has raised her three lovely daughters.
Having spent over 25 years in the financial sector, Denise has now brought her wealth of knowledge from banking and investments to the real estate industry. Having led a team of individuals in the corporate world for many years Denise's time management skills and attention to detail give her the ideal ability to navigate the ever changing real estate landscape.
