We have adapted and changed our practices in order to best serve you while keeping the health and safety of our clients our first priority.  Here are some of the things that can be done to maintain your peace of mind during your transaction(s):

Buyers:

* All offers can be written, signed, and submitted electronically and negotiations can be done by phone and/or video chat.

* Often, there are seller disclosures and notes associated with a listing that are not available to the general public. We can email or phone you with all the details about your top listings

 

* If you are not comfortable visiting a home to do an in person tour or if a seller is not comfortable with in person tours, many properties are listed with a virtual tour of the property included.

Sellers:

 

*Much of the listing preparation process can be done from the comfort of your own home.  Documentation can be filled out and signed virtually using an “easy-to-use” electronic signature system  

*Virtual market evaluations are available if you do not wish to meet face to face. Through pictures, video chat, and phone, you can guide us through your home using a virtual tour.  We can provide you with a market evaluation using comparable neighbourhood statistics. Should you wish to meet face to face the necessary distancing measures will be in place to maintain the safety of everyone involved 

*Photographs of your property for the listing must be done physically.  Please know that when photographs are taken that the Health and Safety guidelines as highlighted by the Ministry of Health are being adhered to.  Entry into your home as well as the photographs/videos of the home will be done using rubber gloves, and only NECESSARY items (I.E. door handles) will be touched.

**In addition to the above, a signed acknowledgement by all Realtors whose clients wish to view the property in person will be required prior to any showings taking place**
